SPOC Biosciences develops the SPOC On-Chip Drug Discovery platform, a high-throughput biosensor technology built on its Sensor-Integrated Proteome On Chip (SPOC) system. Using cell-free nanowell synthesis, SPOC produces up to 1,152 antibody, protein, or peptide variants directly on a single SPR or MALDI MS chip, with no separate expression or purification required. With SPOC SPR biosensor chips, every variant is characterized simultaneously with full binding kinetics (on-rate, off-rate, affinity, residence time, and binding response), along with pH-sensitive binding, epitope binning, polyreactivity screening, and on-chip developability assessment. The platform delivers this in 3 to 4 weeks from sequence (including DNA synthesis) to analyzed data. SPOC supports antibody discovery, affinity maturation, off-target screening, and wet-lab validation for AI-driven design, generating the rich kinetic data needed to select better molecules earlier in development.
