Agnieszka Gromadka

Agnieszka Gromadka leads the Cancer Vaccine group at NEC Bio (NEC OncoImmunity) in Oslo. Her cross-disciplinary team of bioinformaticians, data scientists and software engineers develops an AI-guided platform for neoantigen discovery and the design of shared and individualized neoantigen therapies. She trained in biology and bioinformatics in Warsaw and built her career in NGS data analysis and pipeline development at the Polish Academy of Sciences and NEC, before moving into leadership in 2024, first in infectious diseases. Her focus is taking computational methods and pipelines from research into clinical use
