Kevin Fleet is the Vice President of Global Value Delivery & Ops within the Salesforce Data Foundation Solutions organization. In this executive leadership role, Kevin oversees a diverse global team focused on enabling customers to realize meaningful business outcomes through value engineering services, CIO advisory, and a robust Global Community of Practice. His organization is also responsible for critical operational pillars, including proposal response, demo development, and operational support, ensuring that Salesforce’s data solutions are delivered with both strategic precision and technical excellence.

Before joining Salesforce, Kevin spent over a decade at Informatica in high-impact leadership positions. As Vice President of Technical Sales Strategy and Operations, he managed global go-to-market offerings and technical support services. Previously, as VP of Strategic Growth Initiatives, he leveraged his deep data management expertise to bring innovative products to market. Kevin also led Informatica’s Advisory Services, where he partnered with hundreds of clients across various industries to design data strategies, data maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

Prior to 2011, Kevin served as Executive Director of Global Data Management at Pfizer. Acting as the de facto Chief Data Officer, he established the Pfizer Data Governance Council and led the delivery of global shared technology solutions for data warehousing and analytics.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Kevin is a seasoned industry thought leader. He has authored several definitive works, including The Data Strategy Playbook: A CIO’s Practical Guide to Driving Change and Cloud Data Management: Lessons From the Field, and remains a frequent speaker at global technology conferences. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
