Kexin Huang

Kexin Huang, PhD, is the co-founder and CEO of Phylo, an applied AI research lab building agents to accelerate biomedical discovery. He earned his PhD in computer science at Stanford University and is the lead author of Biomni, a general-purpose biomedical AI agent developed at the Stanford AI Lab, now published in Science. At Phylo, he leads development of Biomni Lab—a workspace where scientists collaborate with AI agents to explore evidence, analyze data, and advance research—with the goal of helping scientists make more discoveries with greater scientific rigor.
