Patrick Ettenhuber

Patrick Ettenhuber is Quantum Innovation Manager at Kvantify, where he leads a team of five scientists and engineers working on applied quantum computing for drug discovery and chemistry.

Before joining Kvantify, Patrick spent six years at QIAGEN Bioinformatics, first as a Senior Scientist and later as a Product Owner, developing scientific software for research and clinical customers. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from Aarhus University, where he developed massively parallel quantum chemistry algorithms for some of the world’s largest supercomputers, as well as a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen.
