Who attends AIDDD?
Around 1,000 senior leaders across pharma, biotech, AI, technology and life sciences. The majority of attendees are VP-level or above. Download the sample delegate list for a full breakdown of seniority, function and company mix.
Am I eligible for a free pass?
Free passes are reserved for Director-level (or above) professionals employed directly by pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences companies. Service providers, consultants, recruiters and academics are not eligible but can attend as paid delegates.
What's included in a paid delegate ticket?
Full three-day access across all six stages, AI matchmaking app and attendee list, all networking events and evening receptions, and access to workshops and roundtables. Closed-door pharma-only sessions are reserved for pharma attendees.
What sponsorship packages are available?

How do I get the full delegate list?
The sample list is available for free above. The full attendee list (including names) is available to confirmed sponsors and paid delegates through the event app ahead of the summit.
Where is the venue and what are the travel options?
Boston Marriott Copley Place, in the heart of Boston's Back Bay. The hotel is 15 minutes from Boston Logan International Airport and walking distance from Copley and Back Bay T stations. A discounted room block is available — details sent on registration.
